We make fun of Lakers because of the draft picks we took from them

Yet every time we play them with something on the line. They kick our asses every single time.

And many of those players we got we kicked to the curb. Josh Hart comes to mind. Hey the Lakers took the worse players on the league and made them the best. Reddish, Russell, Dinwiddle, Christian Wood(LOLOLL) Jaxson Hayes ( More loolol)

when you put those guys next to one of the best players to ever play the game, who is still performing at a very, very high level and demands that everyone else elevate their level of play, and sprinkle in a few guys that punch above their weight, yeah, it's no secret why those guys who were afterthoughts can become good role players....

I think we win in the long run, but until we beat them when it matters (Tomorrow) the trade isn’t hugely one sided as we sometimes make it out to be

Its been 5 years. They won a title. We been in play-in 3 years in a row. Its looking like we lost this trade.

I think that the whole draft pick thing petered out long ago. When it netted you Jaxon Hayes at best it's a moot point. The Pelicans got a good young player in BI.
