We have to find a way to get Dylan Harper.

My God if we can grab Harper in a 3 teamer with Bucks and Spurs it will give me hope. It sucks to help a division rival and to see the league give Coop to the Dallas Scamricks but Harper can be a great fun player to add to this team.
My concerns is that the Bucks would want this pick to return with the addition of our Bucks picks that they want back, however I believe a swing factor will be Stephon Castle and if the Spurs will truly let him be apart of the trade package.
The Pelicans still hold a great deal of power in this potential trade scenario. I see mix reviews of folks like BKM, MM and Grubb thinking the #2 pick can be had vs others who don't believe the pick will be added due to analytics showing that historically the top two picks rarely gets traded . However I think this is a very unique situation where a top 3 player is being involved.
What you guys think?

Better hope bucks really want their picks back and Giannis wants to go to San Antonio. It’s not farfetched
Idk if spurs will give up castle tho unless you involve a 4th team.

After the way this lottery played out, they may not want to tank..

I'm not sure there is many avenues for Bucks to get better. Hopefully Wemby is recruiting him right now

Spurs can give them some vets like Sochan, Barnes, Vassell, Johnson. Regardless they’re gonna be arse the moment giannis leaves. Spurs and Pels have more leverage than the Bucks imo

Would we "settle" ...for Ja Morant? I think the Grizz would luv to move him. They would probably want Herb and/or Trey involved in any trade for Ja.

It seems weirdly possible due to the situation but wouldn’t the Bucks rather two this year than their picks back? I could see something like 7 this year + their picks back. I’m still just not seeing a good trade that nets equal value for both teams.

I’m laughing if they want Trey for Ja, just not doing it with his immaturity issues and injury history. Herb maybe but i’d rather just trade a pick and Dejounte and be done with it. They get a 1st back for a headache they look to want to move on from and we need to take a risk on a guy like Ja to compete with the big market teams.

think the idea of getting #7 from us this year plus full control of their picks again for the 26 and 27 draft might be more intriguing. plus whatever they'd get from the spurs ( players and picks)

Really I think the interesting part is that Castle and Harper together is a bit of overkill. Both are better with the ball. Bucks would be way better off walking out with Castle and then our picks. Maybe take Kon, and have two really good cost controlled players heading into two tanking seasons.
