I just figured if he were so willing to do it, we would have had it a long time ago.

I think it had more to do with the fact that this board was a ghost town

FDB is a much better logo, but Hugo looks actually visible and different than a just blue saints logo.

So Hugo.

How can so many people love a logo that is copied from the other team in town?

What does a fluer de lis have to do with the Hornets?

I don't really care about logos and such, but Ive always been curious about this.

Fleur-de-lis has nothing to do with saints either. It's a symbol of New Orleans.

They are a New Orleans team and the Fleur de Lis famously symbolizes New Orleans' French heritage. Pretty simple, really.

The Fleur de Lis is not the symbol of the Saints, it's the symbol of the city and really the state. There are now a ton of LSU Fleur de Lis stickers on cars in Baton Rouge.

That's because they're jockers we know its from new Orleans and in the last few years its transitioning to that if you can say that but its a New Orleans thang.

I understand that.

But in the sports culture, it has been associated with the Saints for 50+ years.

Why would you want to share a logo with another team in the same city?
