Broski you think he wants to go somewhere else? Maybe he is not happy here
I honestly don't give a frick where he wants to go or if he even wants to go.
I just give a frick that we were sold a false bill of goods with him.

I know it's crazy to say, but I was one of those few that wanted to draft Ja morant

I wanted JV gone but I didn’t realize Griff would send him packing for fricking Theis. We may have struck gold with Missi but him being our best C is a huge indictment on Griff. JV and Missi doesn’t look so bad now.

You were giving reinforcement to op's post.
I literally said the opposite in that our best, and really only, course of action is to wait it out until his contract year.

we will be at the bottom, or very close to the bottom of the West, so far from being in the conversation for the postseason, what will it matter then?
this season, 5 games in, is DONE.... for real, it's done....

That happens with you on a lot of my Zion takes. You see the buzzwords and skip the substance.

I agree the world is falling apart and we suck. But, we won what? 49 games last year in a historically competitive western conference? It’s easy to be frustrated but without Trey or DJM, we’re relying on too many bums. I’d much rather take a chance this roster gets healthy and gets going than blow it all when we all know damn well we can’t attract any free agents.

I don’t disagree that our best chance at a championship is with Zion. I just don’t believe he’ll ever get to that mvp level he needs to be at for us to be at that level, and I’m done waiting b/c I think it’s obvious he’ll never take his job serious enough to get there.

Until you made that longer post your stance looked like you agreed with op. I was merely responding to your responses with me. I was also still punishing myself by watching the game.

I don't know what the answer is but outside of a couple of moments, the team has looked mediocre since the first game. Might of have had 1 good half all year. I think this team is on one those those losing streaks we have early on every year and it could get real ugly real fast in the next week or two.

We're too top heavy of a team, we traded a lot of depth and don't have our two starting guards and primary ball handlers, our starting center went down, our best 3 and d player went down, and your best volume 3 guy hasn't played.
That's a lot to overcome for even a good coach with your two best players. Willie made good adjustments this game but Zion shite the bed and all our dudes bricked 3s.
There's very little lipstick to put on this pig, but the team will look dramatically and better when you add all those guys back.

I’m willing to give him another season. Call me hopelessly optimistic but he played 70 games last year. The minor hamstring injury in the worst time imaginable marred that accomplishment. But last season he played 70, this season he’s healthy outside of an illness. We have no better alternatives, I’m fine with seeing if he can build some momentum and have another healthy season.

I don't think we're too top heavy. I think our stars aren't complimentary of each other and both are players that you have to develop an escentric offense for. When you have star players where you can't play the same style of offense when theyre out, it's really hard to build a roster around.

We are in the sense of who we need to run our offense. Murray being out is too critical.

Get rid of BI this year...then...give Zion one year with shooters around him. See if he can adjust his game to become a much better player. I doubt he can do it...but gotta give him one last chance. Not much choice to do anything else.
