Clips are opening a roster spot, something about to happen

Yeah. They are also in the Darren Collison sweepstakes to try and sign him.

MIA looking at $26m in room with Iguodala extension. But could move Olynyk or stretch him (and possibly Chris Silva or Okpala) and get enough for Anthony Davis. If things go awry in LA, he's got another credible suitor this summer.

Miller needs to go to Miami for Olynyk.

We now project 6 teams to have room in 2020- Atlanta, Charlotte, Cleveland, Detroit, New York and Phoenix. The Knicks and Pistons have an asterisk because of the non-guaranteed contracts and the Andre Drummond player option.

EDIT: he just tweeted that you can include Miami on this list if they renounce all of their FA

I would laugh if AD went to Miami. So hard.

Nate said that he doesn't think that it's likely that AD goes to Miami (obviously) but that it is worth mentioning that they can make that space
imo I think that at least puts pressure on LAL which is always a positive in my book

Golden State has agreed to trade D'Angelo Russell to Minnesota for a deal that includes Andrew Wiggins, a 2021 protected first-round pick and a 2022 second-round pick, league sources tell ESPN. Warriors will send Jacob Evans and Omari Spellman to Timberwolves too.

I’m so confused lol. That Wiggins deal is brutal. And Minny was so desperate.

Not sure why GS was in such a rush to move DLo. That Wiggins deal was always going to be on the table.
Posted on 2/6/20 at 12:13 pm to Jon1798
Not really, great for Minny even though they gave up the 21 1st they were trying to keep out of the deal
GS now has Minnesota 21 1st and their own high 1st this season they can use to get a max or near max guy with in the offseason
Edit: Woj just tweeted its top 3 protected unprotected in 22

Wiggins is sf. 6 8
Gsw was always going to have to move russell after curry comes back.
Wonderful move.

I mean it should have taken a first just to move Wiggins's contract. To move him AND get DLo? That's fantastic for them.

Damn, Bell would've been good for us

not really sure either. I'm assuming that Golden State looked around and said "what can we get since this marriage with DLO won't last?" and Minny was the only team left standing.
I feel like there has to be more to this...
