To all Gentry bashers

It's pretty lame and pathetic to try to find blame for our failures. It's shows you guys don't factor in any thoughtful concepts like basketball psychological evaluations, schemes (Gentry) defensive schemes ( Bzdelick), character traits in players, etc.
My point is year Gentry is part of the blame and won't be here next year, but you guys sounds like 12 year olds placing all the blame and screaming fire Gentry every damn second. It's obvious folks, but Gentry is one aspect. It's alot of moving components to fix this team. Just show a little more thinking please instead of screaming fire Gentry every second?

Just frustrated man. It's even more frustrating when. Hearing Fire Gentry LIKE HE IS THE ONLY PROBLEM. Yes I want him fired, but him gone won't fix everything.

Here’s the thing, if you are just an average coach, when you have Jrue Holiday, Brandon Ingram, JJ Redick, and Josh Hart on the floor against 35 year old JJ Barea, Brunson, Kleber, Seth Curry, and Justin Jackson, none averaging more than replacement level output, you shouldn’t be having leads extended on you. You shouldn’t have those players breaking your back and looking like a healthy Warriors.
If that is happening, there is some serious rot near the heart of this Gentry led team.

And thats one of the biggest lies about this team during the Gentry era. That we've lacked talent. Its just not true. We've had plenty talent to be a competent team.
There's no way we should be 0-3 this year against a shitty OKC Thunder team. That team did not blow us off the court with talent. Its a joke.

Yeah, talent matters and Gentry has often gotten the short end of the stick, but better coaches still produce Something
It just feels like the same song and dance every season. His undisciplined, unrealistic expectation placing teams expected to play this perfect type of basketball, come out the gate predictably behind the curb of better coached teams(which is most franchises), unable to execute a system designed for a specific type of elite roster like the Warriors, they continue to struggle, rack up some injuries(that are used as blanket excuses), slowly do what better coached teams do so much sooner, which is gel and play to their strengths after Gentry has some epiphanies, and somehow the powers that be think the problem is exclusively every circumstance around Gentry, never him as a coach.

If you think Gentry isn’t the issue after seeing the same issues over and over again that we have seen every year outside of one since he has been here then I really don’t think you should even discuss basketball.

Not every roster is capable of playing balls to the wall offense and then playing balls to the wall defense.
Here’s a thought experiment, why isn’t the Carlisle 13-6 Mavericks, or the 17-3 Lakers cribbing our system? The one size fits all Gentry is just so certain that if a team can execute they will be highly successful?
Is it that Gentry, despite 15 years of knowledge about the Suns system and pace and space analytics, is still the only coach that sees the light? Or is it perhaps that other coaches, coaches with sustained success, understand that systems are not one size fits all, that like Carlisle said, their game is not and should not be pace for pace’s sake, they will play with speed, but will do so strategically and circumstantially. Implying his roster needs to be catered to to maximize it’s output, that the roster shouldn’t be expected to cater to the system.

I challenge, even the Gentry defenders, to go down the list of NBA head coaches and tell me which ones you wouldn't take over Gentry.
