Lakers played out of their mind tonight

I just watched his preseason highlights vs warriors
I'm calling it, xavier is the real deal. At the least he will be a solid bench player. He doesn't have good lateral movement, but his 3 point shot is actually looking smooth. He doesn't have much off a right hand either (he's left handed)
Lakers have always been good at evaluating and developing talent. Hornets, not so much.
8'9" standing reach an inch higher than reke and a an inch and a quarter shorter than bron

wrong. they haven't used evaluation and developing in a fw decades. they have used their checkbooks and a high disregard of luxury taxes to be successful.

D'antonis system/this game also made Jordan Farmer, Jordan hill, Jodie Meeks, and Wesley johnson look like world beaters. Let's calm down. D'antonis system will produce points if played correctly, the clippers problem was they went cold on offense bc griffin couldn't score against Wesley johnson and their best player is 5'11 and can only be a go to scorer 2 possessions in a row

He has been consistent through the preseason. I think he is just figuring it out. Tyreke and gordon are better, but this guy has talent.

When Xavier scores 20 over the next 5 games we'll all look back on this thread and laugh and laugh and laugh.

Will probably still be better than rivers and can play SF.

Rivers and Henry both suck

The team gave Henry a chance and he didn't do anything with the opportunity. So can't really be upset with him not being here.

They gave him multiple chances. I remember complaining several times last year that Henry was getting Miller's minutes. Maybe he showed this side in practice but couldn't do it in the games.
But he is still one handed and can't hit free throws, so I'm guessing once he starts making the scouting report, which may happen after last night, he won't be as productive.

I honestly think the Clippers had no idea that he's left handed.

How could Chris Paul not know is best friend is left handed?

His shot has always looked smooth. He may be able to be a 3 point shooter for the Lakers but once teams figure out that he can't go right and can't shoot free throws, he'll be much less effective.

It's opening day for the new Pelicans . . . and there are actually a few posters debating the loss of Xavier Henry?
