So, we care more about Memphis losing the game tonight or Blazers losing this game?

Obviously it should be Memphis since theyre the furthest ahead, but the Blazers also have an easy schedule the rest of the way, so the Grizzlies are more likely to cause their own downfall going forward than the Blazers

Grizz are going to win. Pels play Portland after OKC. If we win our next 2 games we move into 9th place with only Memphis to go

I hope so, every time they play a good team and I think they’re going to lose they pull it out somehow. Or get lucky like playing @ Dallas with no luka

Seriously guys, look at the schedule.

Grizz basically have 3-4 schedule losses coming out the break with @LAL/LAL both on the end of a back to back, @Lac, @Hou. Then they close out the season with games @Bucks, @Spurs, @Portland, @Jazz, 2 games against the Pels, 2 Toronto games, Boston, 2 OKC games, @Houston, @Den, Dal, Phi.

Portland losing tonight is the better outcome given the Blazers will be coming out the break with one of the easiest schedules next to us and the Grizz are going to get beat up on mercilessly.

Win next 2 games and we will be tied for 9th...and then Grizz have one of the hardest schedules. Let’s Geaux Pels!

Lillard hurt, he has a groin.
Out for All star weekend.
Pels play Portland first game after the break.

Yall act like 9th vs 10th mean anything. Its about games back. We are now 5 games back instead of 4

No, if MEM lost, we'd be 4.5 games back.

Some more numbers...

We have to go 19-9 the rest of the way to finish 42-40. Memphis can only go 14-14 at best the rest of the way which would also put them at 42-40.

Of their final 28 games though, they play 20 games against playoff teams if you count us. I know they have a tough schedule after the all star break but they likely only need to go .500 the rest of the way and they keep beating teams they’re not supposed to. I gotta admit I don’t understand Memphis getting no love. I’ll finally be a firm believer if they lose 3 of these 4 right out the gate.
