Contested rebound% is something you guys should look at. The Boston Celtics were one of the worst contested rebounding teams in the league last year. How did they do?

Why should we look at contested rebound %?

Boston was 5th in rebounding rate and top 3 in every important metric

“In spite of some occasional moments when their offensive games clash, New Orleans has generally been better when Zion and Ingram play together.”

Is this true? Any stats gurus out there? I recall reading that our starting five was one of our worst lineups in plus-minus.

They didn't have to rebound, the ball went into the basket

When someone leaves a playoff team for the fricking Wizards and takes a pay cut in the process, I’m not sure they were willing to come back.

This would be like a Yankees star walking to sign with the White Sox at a discount this offseason.

No we couldn’t have.

Hard to match 10 million a year when you only have 4 million under the 1st apron which we are hard capped at.

It's not a pay cut if his contract was up. It's what the market says he was worth. You're making it sound like he chose to take less and play for Washington. 29 other teams could have bid higher, no?

Y'all are assuming so much about the Jonas situation. We don't know that we had the opportunity to match or that we didn't offer to match. You don't know that Jonas just didn't like his role and wanted to move on.

For better or worse, I think Jonas and the Pels were done with each other regardless

A poster on another site documented that B and Z are a plus 13 when on the court together. The stat looks at those two not the starting lineup. You can verify by googling nba advanced stats.
