LeGM stock has skyrocketed recently.
Yea LeBron might trade away your foreseeable future but you are at least going to get one championship out of it.
These other cats can't even get out of the second round.

You know, except for playing 90 games over 3 seasons.
No serious debate can begin with this. He tore his Achilles in Game 5 of the finals the year before.
Was a toe on the line between a title. Made all nba despite injuries and led Team USA to a gold medal during the summer.

And this is bullshite. KD didn't go to the nets and then was allowed to exert an outsized amount of control. He went to the nets BECAUSE he could exert and outsized amount of control. That was the point of him going there.
And as stated, Durant and Irving liked the culture of Brooklyn.
Marks destroyed that culture by letting them walk all over him.
Look at the Pels and Zion. They held the line and it looks like we are going in the right direction.
That being said, I want nothing to do with KD in NOLA.
The Nets don’t have to trade him now, and should focus on improving their team.
If you hold Kyrie hostage for AD or get a 3 way trade where you get Mitchell back. The nets would be fine.
Either way, we stay out of it, we’re in the WCF if healthy.

There was nothing left in terms of roster or culture when KD/Irving showed up b/c they had to gut the team to afford them.
What was left? Jarrett Allen, who KD demanded be dealt so they could roll with Deandre Jordan.
All Sean Marks

The locker room was just a bad fit for KD.
It was a bad fit because the team knew they didn't need Durant to win, and it drove him crazy. It still does.

Context, as in there was zero expectation for Durant to play in season 1. Counting that season against is a bad faith argument and you know this.

With the way Chris Paul chokes in the playoffs a nets team getting healthier, it’s a forgone conclusion.

While very similar situations-
Does KD have the same power that LeBron and his agency does?
Did AD refuse to play when healthy?
Did Westbrook tank a month?
Did the Lakers fire an elite bench coach before LeBron stepped on the court? And if LeBron requested it, isn’t it the Lakers job to tell him to chill?
Durant didn’t make every right move. Having Atkinson fired before ever lacing up his shoes for him was a costly error. DeAndre was certainly an idiotic move. Trading for Jim was costly.
You have to keep these Star players from shooting themselves in the the foot.
Not having any good player over 6’4 besides Durant was a mistake.
The Nets would be smart to hold onto him.

Scroll through my posts in regards to Durant over the last 6 months. You won’t find me saying Jordan or Atkinson issues weren’t mistakes.

Durant has never been the alpha or leader in any nba locker room. He has wielded power with front office due to his talent, but in the locker room amongst his teammates, never a leader.
Posted on 7/3/22 at 3:47 pm to ThanosIsADemocrat
Allen is Clint capela. Useless without a playmaking PG to feed him buckets.
Dinwiddie and levert are low efficiency gunners.
The last two will bounce around the league their entire careers.

Ok

Blame Kyrie, blame Jim, blame Nash blame Marks, blame Ben…but Durant came back and balled out in Brooklyn.

Nash said in an interview that harden was the clear leader, alpha, and adult in the room on last years nets squad. Not sure what make believe stuff is going on with you.

I was talking about OKC but LOL at you believing that.

Yea nash just makes stuff up outta thin air to crap on HIs players
FYI OKC was not the best team they were all 22 or 23. Young players don’t win titles in the nba. The BKN team was easily better.

Won three playoff series in a month, more series that we've won in 2 decades.
