Good job but imo he/she/they gotta have his pouch full tho. Try getting rid of the big red ball behind him but shrinking it down and using it as his eyeball.

Brown pelicans actually have some gold on their head that could give you options to tweek the picture.. Mardi Gras? Gold crown....
