What a fun year we are in for. Just look at the posts on this board. Six different teams have been predicted to be the top seed in the West. As good as the West is, it is wide open.

I think your top four is legit, if not necessarily in that order.

It’ll be tough for the Pels to make the playoffs. The roster will need a little time to gel. And the West is tough. I think Utah is going to be trouble for everybody.

The Harden/Westbrook Rockets are going to be the worst defensive team in the league.

They're going to flame out HARD.

Finally, someone giving the Kings some credit. They were the surprise team of the West, are super young with 3 potential all stars and retained all their major pieces while adding depth. Why would they be worse than last season?

rocketard thinks the rockets are the best?

who could have guessed
There are a lot of non-Rockets fans who would put them at 1 also. It's not like they are an average team that he's putting at 1 just because he's a homer.

1.) Clips
2.) Rockets
3.) Lakers
4.) Portland
5.) Golden State
6.) Utah
7.) NOLA
8.) Denver

San Antonio and Minnesota will be in the conversation, as well... OKC is sorta in no man's land, Dallas is years away, and the rest are just terrible

Once again, the Kings won 39 games and finished 9th. They have a young core (Fox, Hield, Bagley, Bogdanovic) and added playoff proven depth (Barnes, Joseph, Ariza). Why would they be worse than last season?

Well, the rest of the league isn't static. Even if they are a better team than last season, they might not finish the season ranked any better.

added young Giles.(knees?)

have Bjelica too.

I just realized they could have had Donavan mitchell at 10.instead of trading down for giles.

Im counting on.bagley being last month of season bagley.

And giles knees.

Of course they can finish 41 41 and be in 9th again.

There will be a couple sub .500 east teams in round one.

How does everyone have the Lakers so high? They have two players and will need three guys off the street to suit up.

Davis and lebrony together will be devastating and unguardable.
there will be nights where those two guys can win a game by themselves...we need to prepare ourselves as lakers/Davis haters for that uncomfortable fact

whether it’s sustainable is the question

3. Jazz
4. Kings
5. Pelicans
6. Clippers
7. Warriors
8. Thunder

9. Spurs- Oldest team in the league fades down the stretch
10. Blazers- Worst frontcourt in league. No depth.
11. Lakers- Injury and age catch up to them.
12. Mavs- 2 man team not enough.
13. Wolves- Underachievers.
14. Suns- Confused, muddled group.
15. Grizzlies- Tanking on purpose.

Warriors still win the West.
