Potential free-agent targets?

Who should the Hornets / Pelicans be looking at as potential FA targets during this coming off-season?
I'm mainly focusing on smaller names, given that the team is not a winner right now and likely will have to overpay for what they get.
Possibilities I'm seeing at the 3-
Corey Brewer of Denver - Current salary of $3.2m
Dorrell Wright of Philly - Current salary of $4.1m
Alan Anderson of Toronto - Current salary of $900K
DeMarre Carroll of Utah - Current salary of $900K
All four of these guys are considered good defensively.
Brewer is a good fast break guy and has a nice jump shot as well.
Wright can shoot the 3 and rebound.
Anderson is considered a good mid-range and long-range shooter who was a star in Europe.
Carroll is considered weak offensively, but I can live with that if we've got other guys to offset his problems.

If we're talking about smaller names, I like Earl Clark from the Lakers. He can play the 3 or 4 spot, has a decent 3pt shot, and is a nice finisher around the rim.

I hate Corey Brewer. Dude is garbage.
Dorell Wright would be nice though

Really? I haven't watched him much this year but I remember him being a solid defender who could also get to the rim.
Why don't you like him?

Bobby Hebert is a moron. He's been on the air the past week begging for the Hornets to sign Paul Millsap. Totally unaware that PF is the only solid position on the roster.
Now they've got Jason Smith on and he's asking him questions about signing Millsap. Im assuming he doesn't know he's basically asking Smith whether or not they should sign his replacement

Anderson and Wright are good targets. I like Brewer but his value might be inflated.
Budinger at the 3.
Daquean Cook as end of bench shooter.
Shaun Livingston has been solid backup pg in Cleveland and this team needs more ball handlers.
Dejaun Blair has fallen out of favor in SAS, but has produced when given minutes. Will bring toughness

I like Budinger too. He's a great athlete like Aminu, but has the ability to knock down an open jumper.

Hopefully none. We aren't in win now mode. Don't want to get too many wins and hurt our draft chances for next year

Brewer is just one dimensional. People say he is good at defense but I think that has become one of those perpetuated truths.
He's carved out a role on a very good Denver team and is having his best year to date. He's going to command more than the $3m he's currently making. I just dont think it's worth it

Every time i see him he's knocking down every 3 in sight, so I figured he must shoot a nice percentage.
He's only at 30% from 3 though, with a low fg% and mediocre ft%.
