Like its not just one thing with Willie- its multiple rotation issues. Its his third year as head coach. Its asinine he does these mistakes.

One thing is for certain:
1. If we don’t make a top 6 seed, Willie HAS to be gone. The West is a gauntlet and will only get tougher next year with Ja back, the Rockets on the rise and the Kings being healthier.
2. Griff has to find ways to improve the roster with or without Willie. We can’t go into the season with a black hole at Center AGAIN and we possibly need to move some pieces, BI, maybe Dyson…

Better coach and decent mobile starting center. This team would easily be top 3 in west. Heck if we got a better coach we would have hime court.

What are our options for coaches? It doesn't sound too appealing to have to go through another coaching change at this point.

Willie just doesn't know who to play at the 5 and when.
I'm not even sure Nance should play any minutes at this point, or more than 6-8 per game. With Zion and going small in general, I'd bet we'd be better off with 28 minutes of Val and going small the rest of the 20 minutes.
