Btw Chad, I’m not excusing his lack of offense in the first 2 games he played. He looked awful plain and simple

We need a bigger sample size to say this season he has declined

Don't let the sensitive nancies confuse the context. I expect a lot out of Jrue this year. This isn't a year he gets a pass. I want him and Ingram to take hold of this team bigly while Zion gets his feet wet. I think a lot of Jrue, thus my expectations. He's taking major strides each of the last 3 seasons in production and don't see why he couldn't again this year.

No I think its that your just so stupid that you think that a season has been judged by three games.

That's not what i'm doing. That's what you are acting like i'm doing so you can help yourself win an internet argument. I'm calling out his play as it's been thus far.

expecting him to drop 28ppg,

I said he should be putting up 20-28ppg pretty much any night he wants. You disagree?

Its inexcusable so you have to bench them right?

I haven't advocated benching jrue. I've advocated for Jrue to play better.

Trade him now?

Don't be so sensitive.

you guys are so sensitive to criticism that you don't even understand the arguments you guys are making. i must have missed the lower the bar ceremony that was held that significantly lowered the expectations of Jrue Holiday on this roster coming into the season. hope you guys had fun and had lots of cocktails.
Chad actually fell for all the Jrue for MVP talk.

Poor thing.

Nobody is saying his 1st two games were good. You're the only one overreacting to the 10th degree. You and a troll with under 100 posts who's only comment has been that Jrue isnt worth his contract.

So 24ppg. Yes, I disagree.

You've said his two games were inexcusable over and over. Inexcusable is something that cannot be tolerated because it was too such an extreme degree. You dont even get what you're saying. Like it blows you're mind that a basketball player can have two off games.

You are so fricking dumb. iwyLSUiwy is TOTALLY FINE with Jrue's first 3 games production. He thinks no more of Jrue than to expect anything else from him. It is not okay for a Pelican fan to expect more from Jrue.

So let it be written so let it be done.

When Jrue plays to his capability, DON'T SAY A frickING WORD CAUSE ITS ME THAT EXPECTS IT OUT OF HIM, NOT YOU.

Way to not respond to any of the things I called you out on

Yes, his 1st two games were disappointing, nobody has said otherwise. But I also have the common sense to realize that it has only been two games from a guy that is kind of notorious for starting out slow and I have no reason to think he wont get back to his all-star/borderline all=star play.

I love how he’s getting defensive because he’s mad we’re calling out his terrible takes.

Argued like dramatic bitches.

I'm adopting your style. Fire fights Fire very well.

Well, I wholeheartedly hate your opinion on this, but, I got nothing but love. Hate an argument broke out on a victory thread. I'm extremely hard to get fired up but Jrue is my all time favorite player and this board doesnt deserve him.

I would rather Jrue stay around 20 PPG, let Ingram handle the scoring load while Jrue focuses on the easy shots and playing great defense

At the end of the season I would like to see

Ball 14 ppg
Jrue 20 ppg
Ingram 25 ppg
Zion 18 ppg
Favors 16 ppg

Bench mob puts up another 40 a game and we win alot more than we lose
