Kings offered a contract to Iggy but then immediately pulled it without giving him time to think it over because he didn't immediately agree to sign it. Makes our situation with Tyreke much tougher.

More uninformed assumptions and undefined terms. The NBA has to approve all transactions. So they are all approved before being announced.

The team is very much acting as if Jrue is a Pelican, as the reported deal for Evans is consistent with Jrue's salary being on the books.

Those two are listed as pending for some reason, but it may be because the teams may alter the deal slightly or there is some wrangling to do about protection or the amount of cash going one way or another or something like that.

It's near meaningless bureaucratic point.

No info to be had that isn't out there.

What can be predicted about these guys who are scared to run an NBA team?

If they want a quick yes, they need to set the bar lower.

Going to be some combo of Lopez and Vasquez/Aminu for Evans. Then Gordon for a center or some secondary assets and clear up enough space to sign another serviceable center.

Time to move on from Evans. This is what happens when you allow the player to run the show and not the team. The Pelicans missed out on two players they were supposedly interested in - Martin and Budinger - while waiting for Evans and the Kings to play their games.
