I haven’t had season tickets for seven years and I still get weekly emails about tickets. Phone calls inviting me out to games to meet with a ticket rep, etc etc. So many reasons I’m not the least bit interested in tickets again, some not even having to do with the team.

Bitching to us isn’t going to do anything. Complain to your ticket salesman. Inform them that you’re not renewing because of their incompetence.

They're pretty much like SiriusXM or Cox.
