I would love to move Roberts.

Agree. His value will never be higher and it clears room for AR and possibly Pierre.

First try at trade machine, sorry if stupid/nonsensical trade

Pels: Waiters/Villanueva
Pistons: Gordon/Zeller
Cavs: Monroe/Rivers

Rationale:

Pels dump Gordon for expiring and swap underperforming yet talented guard who may benefit from change of scenery.

Pistons can slide Smith to the 4 next to drummond, add rotational big and get replacement for Stuckey next year in Gordon.

Cavs get immediate help from Monroe and swap underperforming yet talented guard (also rumored to be a locker room cancer) who may benefit from change of scenery.

For those on the McGee bandwagon, looks like he could miss the rest of the season:

Denver has plenty of excuses to tank, and if they do it would seem they'd have little interest in our players.

Not sure how Denver values Mozgov. This might be too good of a deal for us.

Pelicans: Mozgov, B Gordon
Denver: Biyombo, Brian Roberts
Charlotte: E Gordon

Another with Charlotte & Milwaukee-

Pelicans: Larry Sanders, B Gordon
Milwaukee: E Gordon
Charlotte: OJ, Aminu (or another piece instead of Aminu)

I wonder if Rivers & Aminu for Chandler would be doable. We get a legit starting SF, and they get $6 million in expirings I think. Is Rivers' team option this offseason or next?

Charlotte actually makes a good team to pair with on three way trades too. I know I have kind of been on a trade-idea frenzy but here are a few more

Pelicans: B Gordon, Waiters
Charlotte: E Gordon, Aminu
Cleveland: MKG (+ Biyombo?)

Pelicans: B Gordon, W Chandler
Charlotte: E Gordon, Aminu
Denver: MKG, Brian Roberts

Trade the entire franchise.
Pick up the smoothie king arena and ship it to another town.
