It is. If you see they're struggling, then draw up some plays with screens and picks and practice them. Help your players get open. That's what he's here for

Its Montys responsibility to create offensive sets that allow players to get open
The entire offense is centered around a top of the circle screen, and when that doesnt work it turns into a bunch of dribbling and shitty step back jumpers
