Regarding QPon (and Tyreke) Demps said the next 2-4 weeks will let them know how soon they'll be ready. They're understandably taking things slow after all the injuries last year. His return timeline is pretty much the same as Tyreke's, best case of November but might be December.

I know he has to say it, but I liked AD's comments regarding his mindset of bringing a championship here versus chasing one elsewhere. He repeatedly emphasized how much he loves New Orleans and that one of his goals is to bring a championship here. He said that this year they'll get back on track to get a step closer to that goal.
I also find it interesting that he lives right near the practice facility. The guy works his butt off.
