The only time Jrue has hit those numbers in his career when he was a high usage player off the bench and when he was the man in Philly.

I didn't know Shooting 3s was the only way to score points. Jrue can give you 16 and AD 26 but I don't see Moore, Hill, Q, Dante, or Fraizer cracking over 10 ppg. At best Hield will give us 12-13. Last couple of season we had 4 guys who would give us at least 15 ppg.

It is a cumulative effort right?
41 attempts, 17 makes between the four of them.

Our team averaged 85.9 FGA a game, given their potential health (HAHHAHAHA again..) it can be distributed approximately as so.

I'll say our 10 guys during regular season are:

AD: 19-20 (+1 from last year)
Holiday: 15-16 (+1 from last year)
Evans: 14-15 (+2 from last year; roughly the same as 2 years prior)
Hield: 10-11 (roughly same as rookie Klay Thompson)
Moore: 7-8 (same as his best 2 years)
Pondexter: 6-7 (same as playoff year)
Hill: 6-7 (little less than his starting year)
Cunningham: 3-4 (same as years prior)
Ajinca: 3-4 (same as previous years)
Asik: 3-4 (+1 from last year; 1 less than playoff)

so the 41 is pretty much redistributed to the shots pondexter would have gotten over Gee and some of Cole's (+7), what hill and moore will take from Ryno and Cole (+13), Hield will replace EG (+11), and AD/Jrue/Tyreke will take the rest of Ryno's

I guess they realized they won't get 2 max players to come next year, but to sacrifice that flexibility for Deng and Mozgov is insane.

I imagine Durant trying to have a meeting and HH screaming Ric Flair WOOS every time something important is said, making for a confusing, sitcom-esque meeting.

To be honest the second unit looks like it made for Reke.Moore, Q,and Dante are all 3 and D guys who can space the floor and let him drive and kick.

Honestly, if Reke will come off the bench without sulking, this roster makes a lot more sense.

Jrue's cap hold will be almost $17MM if he is not re-signed before free agency begins. That has to be accounted for before signing someone else under the cap, and then re-signing Jrue over the cap. Only creates about $5MM in theoretical space over what his max would be. More likely he'll be extended midseason a little higher than that $17MM per if we are headed in the right direction.

Jrue is getting a lot more than $17M in this new age of exploding salaries.

pels will have to max him to keep him I'm afraid unless jrue agrees to an extension this year. If he goes UFA he's gonna get his max

I'd say jrue owes us three or four more years but that's unrealistic with the cap jump like it is

With Horford seemingly having ruled out OKC...do they ramp up their attempts at getting Ryno?

Thomas Robinson

Him being AD's back up would be pretty funny.
