Why would the pels want to deal away their best player and scorer? Ingram and Zion are the players they should be building around, not dealing.

Right, the return for Paul looked bad because of the Gordon injuries.
The Jrue trade initially looked bad because of his injury.
I'm not saying that Dell was a good GM, but he did have really shite luck when it came to injured players.

the threat was enough to get the deal about right.
davis is great sometimes and you dont get him all games. a couple of 1s and a swap and ingram, hart and zo. a nice haul.
