I love where the Spurs are right now. They have so many options and a ton of great young assets. They could go a bunch of different ways and no player is untouchable.

If they do the Murray trade, for picks, they are going to need a PG. Would they be interested in a Graham for Richardson swap? Or maybe a deal for Lewis?

Depends on their long term plans.

Kira seems like a better option for them because he is young, on a rookie deal, and they are known for developing guys.

If they have time and patience, they can take Kira and either get a long term piece of themselves or rehab his value for a trade down the road.

I just can't see Pop allowing the Spurs to tank. As much of a competitor he is it would drive him crazy to tank for the lottery LOL
I suggested back in 2018 they tank for DeAndre Ayton

Murray is a Westbrook lite. Racks up counting stats but his lack of efficiency will always limit his teams success. You can’t have someone with a 50 TS dominating the ball. Your offense won’t ever be good.

Murray was better than your boy Jim in every way other than free throws this past season

Murray had a TS Of 53. Well below the league average of 56. Harden TS was 58. Above league average. And of course he averaged more assists than Murray and led more efficient offenses. Murray is Westbrook lite when it comes to how bad he is when it comes to scoring w Efficiency.

Congrats Harden flops more and shot more free throws. He had a worse 3pt% and 2pt% than Murray.

Murray led his offense. Harden’s team offensive numbers were carried by sharing Embiid’s minutes on the 76ers and there was no change with him on vs him off the court when on the nets

Also Dejounte is a great defender and Harden is garbage

It league made rules to stop flopping and harden had his highest league adjusted ft rate of the las decade. Kinda tells us who was the least affected by the rules changes doesn’t it.

I think that he's a slightly above -average defender. Where are you getting "great" from?
