For a dude that plays 3 minutes or 7 minutes per game, sure.

But if you're 20+ minutes and in a rotation, it's really not.

Not sure what else to tell you, Zach Collins is about 43x better than Jaxson Hayes, roughly speaking lol. Better passer, rebounder, shooter, rim protector, general court awareness and just simply understanding the game of basketball at the NBA level...and I'm sure just about everything else other than catching a random lob and making an incredible dunk

Yep, that definitely happened. Jake didn't exactly handle it well, but it was pretty bad the way other posters responded to him knowing who he was so they intentionally went at him.

But MM is different, he deserves any and all shite he gets basically no matter what he comes around and posts. He's burned any bridge to ever being a normal poster here. He could magically legit turn over a new leaf and just want to chat it up on TD, and it'll never work, and I wouldn't blame anyone for going at him to be "honest"

I agree about MM. I do remember the Jake Madison thing a little differently. I remember there being a select few idiots, but the majority of people being civil with him. He got butthurt by the select few idiots and by people (very reasonably and validly) questioning the piano situation that he falsely reported on. He spazzed out real quick he when didn't need to. The girlfriend comment was all time, might be the most entertainment I've ever had on here.

Yea, this is basically exactly what happened. It was really only a couple of dudes, but they were going at him nonstop, so I totally get why he'd want to say F it and not really come back around even if it's just a couple of dudes.

But the way he handled it wasn't exactly great, and like you said, also made for some of the best Pels Talk entertainment we've ever seen. It was an all timer.

its the same shite that always happen anywhere on TD anytime someone known or that has info posts, but 1000times worse.

Every one told these goons to shut the frick up but they never stopped and we didn't have mods like yourself back then.

Anyway Jake kinda lost it eventually and told them he didn't need this bullshite, he had a good job and a beautiful girlfriend that they could never even imagine or something like that.

These make a lot of sense. We really shouldn't expect Gayle to pay the tax if the current construction of this roster shows its ceiling to be a 7-10 team.

Due to the ACL tear, Kira just does not have a playing resume. He has no value to anyone in the league outside of the organization that drafted him.

If Pels dump assets in order to get rid of Kira I’ll eat my words. But that one is dumb. Pels will either trade him for a player of similar value or simply keep him on the roster. Giving up assets to trade Kira is just an asinine prediction.

I did chuckle but Jake was treated poorly here. This would be a 10x better board if some of the smarter writer/reporters would interact here
