quote:How did you jump to that conclusion? I think they do think Zo is a good fit. I think the issue more likely around the contract that Zo is looking for. I would bet they are significantly apart in what the Pels perceive his value to be and what Paul/Zo perceive his value to be.
I don't agree. I think that Griffin and Rich Paul have already had a frank conversation. I think that Lonzo doesn't especially want to be back on this team next year. I think that Griffin doesn't think that Lonzo is a very good fit with Zion and BI.

Multiple league sources told Action Network that Chicago is (currently) the most likely landing spot for Ball. That’s based on multiple factors, including the preference of both Ball and his agent, Rich Paul, Chicago’s interest in making a roster move and the Pelicans’ openness to discussions. – via Matt Moore @ Action Network

quote:Doesn't answer the question I asked. I read that. Who knows how accurate that is? Not like Matt Moore is Woj or Shams. The fact that he adds "currently" and "multiple factors" makes it sound like an estimate by the writer.

Cool, what are they giving up? Also, keep rich Paul way TF away from any negotiations or we are gonna get fricked.

Why does Chicago want Ball? They already have a great backcourt pair in White (15/5/5) and Lavine (27/5/5). I don't get why they would give up on one of those and replace with Ball, especially with him being an upcoming FA..

Bulls fans seem to prefer Coby off the bench as a 6th man spark plug for now

The best player comp I have to Lonzo is the stock market...
