I would not risk Green being suspended. Guy always seems on the edge of getting multiple techs and flagrant fouls.

The next series doesn't start until 4/28 at the earliest, 4/30 at the latest, regardless of how long the first round goes. At most, it gave Curry and extra day, maybe 2.

i think i'd probably plan to address your grievance and whatever retribution you have planned in person, rather than by phone or email. depending on where you live, a flight in to oakland on southwest is likely cheaper than to SFO.
