Hayes is a better shooter and has more rebounds and blocks per 36. The stats disagree with you patting yourself on the back on this one.

We seriously might have two picks in the lottery(I know we wouldn't keep LA's pick unless it was top 9).
The Lakers are in a free fall.
They could easily lose both play-in games and have the 14th best lottery odds. They're small odds, but I'll take all the chances at a top 4 pick, that we can get.

Mitchell from Baylor would be a great pick next to Zion & Ingram, IMO. That’s a young big 3! If only we could land a guy with similar production as Jokic in the 2nd haha

I believe even Trajan would have told you that Clarke and Bey would have a better impact at this point than the guys we drafted. But Trajan has said he's playing the long game and drafting for ceiling, which is the right approach, IMO.
Brandon Clarke is 24 (9/19/96). Jaxson Hayes is about to turn 21.
Saddiq Bey just turned 22. Kira just turned 20 and is only a couple of months older than Jalen Suggs.
Clarke and Bey are supposed to look more polished and ready, and right now the sample size is still way too small.

I liked Bey and there were a few people on here that were also high on him. Still think Kira was the best choice after we coukdnt get Halliburton. Now if we woulda used some of the capital to move up with our 2nd first to get Bey instead of blowing it on Adams, that woulda been a home run.
