Kawhi might be the best player ever

For a long time, centers excluded, I’ve consider Jordan and Bird to be the best players I’ve seen. Kawhi is right there though. Everything that is important to me he does, damn near the perfect player.

I like what the Pelicans have going on too. Doesn’t change the fact. Just watch the end of this. 4th quarter in a 2 point game. Almost zero chance he doesn’t finish it.

Yep, his handle is so tight and his strength makes him dang near impossible to stop. He and a healthy KD are heads and shoulders above the rest of the league.

Kawhi is the closest thing to Jordan since Kobe. He’s got the clutch gene. He’s got the drive. He can really carry a team to a ship. He’s the best winner in the game. Lebron is the best player since Jordan, but he’s nowhere near the cold blooded killer winner like Jordan or Kobe

He's not top 7 at this point. But at least he didn't lure the franchise player away to the Clippers (OKC fans aside) which really was the point of this ridiculous premise. The Pelicans future is bright. Some fans need to start acting as though they are really convinced of that themselves. Michael Jordan, Magic, Bird or Stockton would have beaten somebody to death with a shovel had they mentioned the possibility of load management. Please.
