Also Loved how they got under Tatum’s skin last night. Too bad our team does not have that fire anymore

Are you really upset about not keeping Randle?

One of the more baffling things I've seen recently is guys saying they wish we had Randle.

If salary cap wet no issue, I would not take Randle and a 1st from NYK for nothing in return.

People forget how BAD he was last year after getting paid.

This year he's back up to his average, which is solid... But max money no thanks

Well in that case we picked the wrong Duke guy. Should have went with Barrett if we had to draft a Duke guy. Otherwise pretty obvious choice you go with Morant or Garland that year. But no you wanted Zion despite the medical red flags.

So you take the guy that has missed 100 + games and counting in return.

The rest of the NBA is laughing at you.

Randle's "off" year was him averaging 20/10/5 while only missing 10 games. Only looks bad when compared to his MVP level season the year before.

Randle isn't on a max deal. He's not even the highest paid player on the team. He's not in the top 50 of highest paid NBA players..

It's exactly what this team needs right now.

Long term, we need shooting, more ball handling, centers built for the modern game, etc...

For now I'd settle for guys who just give a f*ck

His shooting was atrocious, his 3pt shooting was significantly worse, he still turned it over a fair amount, and defensively he got beat. A lot.

He was inefficient and the team suffered

I was mistaken, it was the most he could extend mid season instead of signing at the end of last season.

Also hes 42nd in average salary.

If we are going to attack Randle as a bad shooter we really should look at out shooters. Start with CJ . He is worse.
