I find it pretty sad overall that we need our 7th/8th man to be healthy and on the court for us to show some energy, life, and defensive attitude. When your top 3 players have pretty much ZERO defensive presence, that's a problem.

I can't wait till he is back and Kira is banished to the bench forever. That in itself will be a huge upgrade

I think tomorrow is the legendary "2 weeks" for Jose to be re-evaluated. Hopefully he can come back soon.

The only thing Kira provides is the every now and then fast break speed that leads to a layup. Otherwise he’s below average everywhere else on the court.

He shouldn’t be rostered and only is because of where we drafted him and as sympathy for his injury

At the game the other night in row 2, I just zeroed in on zion on my end of the floor on D a few times.

Literally moved 2 or 3 steps only on several possessions, didn’t even attempt to get in any kind of defensive rebounding position. Just awful.

What are we… year 4 or year 5. Trade him as soon as he had a good 20 game stretch, if that ever happens again.

CJ also provides a needed presence that can rally the team together for comeback wins, as we’ve recently seen. He won’t do it defensively, but he won’t let guys get their heads down.

I fully agree about the rest of them though. When things get rough the rest of the team can easily get into a funk

Who is number 3? More curious who you are calling out besides Zion and BI than disagreeing.
