I don't think it matters, as it would likely be blacked out if you live around here.
One way i've been able to get around the blackout issue in the past is to use my work computer and log in to the VPN. When i do that, is sees my IP address as being in New Jersey so then i'm not blacked out.
There also are things you can download that mask your IP address and you can watch that way. I did that back in the day when only Cox customers could watch the game.

FSGO isn't blacked out, that's how I've been watching this year. I think you are only blacked out on League Pass for nationally televised games.
I don't think FSGO has any apps available, at least they don't on Roku or Xbox One which sucks. But FSGO has terrible streaming quality as well. Craps out on me all the time. NBC and ESPN have much better streaming.
