Hey I am just saying that we shouldn’t act like players from the past wouldn’t have been caught up in the social media stuff.

I think Hayes should have made it. This probably doesn’t help his brand, but people will forget about it. Not a big deal.

It's weird though because he doesn't play like that. He doesn't stand out as being a guy with an attitude or anything.

Is this a joke? Hayes whines as much as any player in the league. I like the fire, but he needs to learn to control his emotions and properly channel them.

I don't recall him having any technicals or anything yet. Nothing that stands out in my mind.

But Michael and Kobe would let it inspire them internally instead of making a video telling the league that made them millionaires to suck their dicks.

They didn’t start in this era of social media. I am not sure what the young selves of most players would have done in this social media age.

That's true. Those guys tended to talk a lot on the court. But Hayes is complaining about something minor when he has only played half of a season. He's going to be very good though and can seriously move for his size.

I get his emotions. I'm sure he's very happy for Zion, but man. He's grinded hard on the court all year, giving us more than we'd ever hoped for in his rookie year. We thought he would spend this year in the g league.

Zion comes in, plays 3 (incredible) games and gets in.

Yeah, it's kind of ridiculous. But not shocking considering Zion's performances and the major draw that he is.

I think that he's only had two, but there have been other times when he didn't get back in transition because he was talking to the ref, which is just as bad.

Hopefully his coaches chewed his arse out. Extremely immature and unprofessional.

It's a good apology. Now, he can put this behind him.

Jax is right. The league should suck his dick. Play with the edge and go kick the frick out of the Lakers in the playoffs.

Not a good look for him. Not a good role model for the kids. But I guess he fits with NO youth

If I’m in Griff I bring him in and say “love the fire and the feeling of being slighted. Next time don’t post a video on social media. Save the feeling internally and use that to beat the shite out of Memphis, just like MJ would have. I’m not gonna fine you. The league might. Issue an apology and remember this feeling. You’ve been wronged. They don’t think you are good enough.”

But somebody should probably tell him nobody cares about the rising stars game anyway.

He does and that’s refreshing as hell in the modern nba.
