It's a legitimate post IMO. Broski tried to put a moratorium on any and all JJ trade talk, which in itself is kind of retarded because what's a message board for if not to discuss?

Then I realized this was probably someone bumping a thread from a couple of weeks ago so I thought:

It's whatever, I don't agree with this trade because we need some vet on this team to teach the young guys the ins and outs of being a professional and Jack was that guy, IMO. Team leader who works hard every night.
Going back to when I originally posted this thread though, I remember many people thinking we could have gotten a late 1st for Jack.

I still think we could've got a 1st if we were patient, but I think this happened pretty quickly in order to clear space and make some moves in FA.
