Our guys can definitely improve. But so can OKC, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, etc.
So we could theoretically be healthier and get better and still be fighting for our playoff lives, unless Z and BI truly carry us and are better than other teams 1-2 punches.
The league is very deep. Especially the West. The only truly dogshit team in the West is San Antonio and even they could be a pain in the arse this season.

But if Zion and BI are healthy, then they are, by a fairly wide margin, better than those other teams 1-2 punches. If, and it’s a major if, they are healthy, they are better than 95% of teams best 2 players IMO. Combine that with the rest of the lineup and younger guys improving, the Pelicans are a major contender for a very deep playoff run.

I don't think so. Even fully healthy, it'd be a stretch to put them in the top 10. Plus we still don't know if they fit, complement or even want to play together. Each seems to thrive when the other is out. It doesn't seem to be a coincidence..

this is the insane part... i have ZERO faith that he plays more than 40 games this season... it'll be some bullshite injury that he just won't feel like Zion about
