If available...Brandon Miller would be a great draft pick for Pels. Low release, and all

I really like Miller, but he'll be gone. But for a few spots lower, I'm also starting to like Gradey Dick a lot, too. In the mold of a distance shooter like Herro, scorer like Kuzma and plays good defense, lots of steals.

That 8,9,10 range. I've seen recent mocks with Miller going as high as 4, so Miller might be long gone, yet a few spots lower in that 8-10 range and I wouldn't sad if we added Gradey to the roster.

No chance he falls out of the top 5 at this rate.

Miller will go top 3 as of right now.
If we get an 8th pick or lower, a draft sleeper everyone should look at is Grant Nelson from N. Dakota State. He is a 6-11 forward who can stretch the floor by shooting the 3, block shots, dribble pass you and dunk on you. He's averaging 16.8 ppg.

Pass. There are children at the games and that mustache says he can’t be within a 1000 feet of kids

would love him but will go ahead of us unless we move up. I love taylor hendricks for us. 19, 6'9, shoots the 3 ball well, protects the rim with 1.6 blk/game. Reminds me of the mcdaniels kid on the wolves.

Would fit with the Pels tradition of drafting Alabama players (Kira, Herb, G league team). Also hear his character is really high, hard worker leader type.
I see a top-9 talents for the Pels forming:
1. Wemby
2. Scoot
3. Amen
4. Whitmore
5. Ausur
6. Keonte George
7. B. Miller
8. N. Smith??
9. Jett Howard
With J. Walker, D. Whitehead, C. Wallace, and G. Dick in the lotto mix, too. George and Howard have been looking like the offensive shooting playmakers the Pels could really use.

I see some mocks of Walker to Pels with the 9th pick. I guess he moves into the Hayes spot if we took him.

None of these guys are going before Miller.

Miller is the same age as some college juniors.
Cam Whitmore for example will not turn 19 until July. He is 1yr 7mo younger than Miller. While he has had a few growing pains, put on the tape. His highs are "wow this could be the best player in the league" type shite.
Amen Thompson also brings an area of explosiveness that not many players in this draft have. Shaedon Sharpe is making these alternative leagues look viable for other prospects. Teams will think hard seeing him on the board.
I still think there will be some shuffling as we get into conference play. Miller is still really good, he still might just be more of a 3 & D.

The Thompsons literally play rec ball competition, looks raw as hell, can't really shoot, overrated handles, and plays out of control. They are really going to have to sell teams on their potential and they aren't young either. Comparing the Thompsons to Sharpe is funny because Sharpe was always known as a high level shooter. And besides, Sharpe was younger than the Thompsons during the draft.
Keegan Murray went 4th last year so I wouldn't worry too much about his age especially when he's as skilled as he is.

He's shooting 51% from deep in league play. 18-35. Most of those aren't touching the rim.
The encouraging thing is he's making them in a myriad of ways from every spot on the perimeter. Catch and shoot, step back, and off tight screens. He does a great job of getting his shoulders square and letting it fly with minimal space. If he keeps shooting at this rate, it's more likely he goes before Henderson than he falls to the range the pels will be picking, barring a lakers meltdown
