I really hope this board doesn’t turn into an anti-Zion weight loss space

I get that the sentiment from the everyday dude coming on here and turning every thread into a “ZION=FAT” thread is really annoying, but I just want it kept on the forefront of everyone’s mind that this is a national sentiment that’s not exclusive to angry trogolodite rantards. It’s obvious. It needs to be pushed from the top down in the organization. There is ZERO use in knowing this and holding your tongue for fear of retaliation from Z’s camp.
I get that the sentiment from the everyday dude coming on here and turning every thread into a “ZION=FAT” thread is really annoying, but I just want it kept on the forefront of everyone’s mind that this is a national sentiment that’s not exclusive to angry trogolodite rantards. It’s obvious. It needs to be pushed from the top down in the organization. There is ZERO use in knowing this and holding your tongue for fear of retaliation from Z’s camp.

They literally put it in his contract, they seemed to have leaked “conditioning” as the reason he wasn’t ready for the playoffs, and if that’s true, they told him he couldn’t ramp up because he didn’t do the work.
The team seems to be holding the line, I think they shouldn’t and Zion should have been allowed to play himself back into shape instead of throwing the season away on some battle of wills.

The team has done their part. Not sure what people want them to do? If Williamson doesn't take his weight/conditioning seriously, it's on him. He's about to turn 23. You can't baby him anymore. He's a grown as man. They can't physically force him to do what he doesn't want to do. The accountability is already in place. He's going to have to figure it out and use the plethora of resources available to him.

Because he is fat. Too fat to play. Hopefully this offseason he gets less fat.
But we’ll have to wait and see until the fall because he will almost certainly spend the summer away from the team, do no media, and the team will polish that turd to sell tickets.
