I understand it as its still in process. He didn't specifically say deal "didn't come together" or that talks are off. Maybe I'm just being optimistic though.

he hasn't said anything further. my guess would be that it's probably hit a wall and nothing will happen, but negotiations may still be going on.

I'm thinking Henry and 2nds is what they are trying to move. If we overpaid Lopez to the point where Phoenix would match we wouldn't want him either so what we offer needs to be more appealing than keeping Lopez. Time for Lopez to tell Suns fans where his heart is.

I'd be shocked if the Suns make a deal with us after we matched Gordon. We wouldn't even talk to them about doing a sign and trade for him.

We can do worse at the C spot. He's a rugged banger down low and if he's cheap is a nice pick up. Hopefully the deal comes together.
