He gave props to AD being the best player in the league in 2 years ,but said the arena is run down and he hates New Orleans.

Seems like all of the talking heads on ESPN is just mad AD isn't in N.Y. or L.A.

I rarely post but I hate cowherd enough to chime in. The fact that cowherd gets paid to talk about sports is amazing to me, but espn is nothing but tmz and trolls now. Has he even spent a segment talking about Wimbledon? You know, the greatest tennis tournament of the year that is currently underway? No, that arse clown would rather focus on bashing New Orleans. I stopped listening to his show years ago.

Dude must have been trolling. With all the upgrades they've been doing, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the SKC. Convenient location, relatively modern exterior (now), great sightlines for every seat. Really there's nothing "run down" about it at this point. The only upgrade it needs is a new center hung scoreboard, and that's supposed to be on the way.
And IMO if you hate New Orleans, you're just a miserable person.

Literally the only thing that doesnt seem new to me is the suspended scoreboard and monitors int he center.
Everything else is actually pretty nice....

Well he needs to make up his mind then. He frequently defends NO at least on the football side of it. He thinks NO should host the Superbowl in a rotation with Miami and few cities. I listen to his show regularly and yes he's not fan of us as a basketball city. But I wouldn't say he hates NO.
I'm going to listen to it and I might be wrong. But it seems like peoples opinions of Colin have them make things up sometimes. I've read on here and other things how Colin "trashes NO" only to listen back and it be absolutely nothing.

There's really no point in giving trolls like Cowherd, Stephen A. Smith, or Skip Bayless the time of day. Their whole reason for being is to present a contradictory viewpoint that they probably don't believe in just to stir the pot.

I learned to ignore shite I don't like or disagree with (outside of sports debate on forums like this, which I enjoy). It's made life easier and more enjoyable.
Cowherd is kinda like First Take. They say things for a reaction, and it always works. They don't bother me because I understand the shtick. If I want serious discussions I'll find better people to listen to. Lowe, Simmons for example.

Yeah I am lucky that we have a really good local guy in Chris Vernon that mainly covers the Grizzlies and SEC football that I listen to almost everyday. Then I try to fit in stuff like the Starters, the Lowe Post, the Dunc'd on podcast, Men in Blazers, and some Arsenal related podcasts.
It helps me avoid a lot of the trash you see on ESPN.
