I think he's the same player. The team has changed. His weaknesses are more visible without Davis.
Holiday is a slasher and needs the ball. AD was able to step out which allowed JH to drive. No defender will leave the paint to defend our centers and power forwards. When Jrue is pounding the ball, Lonzo's defender can double Jrue.
The team has one or two complete players. The Pels must decide between Ball or Holiday.

Last game was finally a great game for Jrue. I still don't have faith that he can shoot like that consistently and it will cost us games in the near future. Not sold, although he does seem to have is best impact playing PG instead of SG waiting for a catch and shoot all game.

As of this week, Jrue has regressed back to scoring and playing great defense
