I don't think they should pay him 10 million a year either. Ive said that at least 3 times. So you have your own comprehension issues.

if he starts again next year and puts up near 16 and 6, he's gonna get paid...too much imo

I'm not so sure. Playoff teams would likely see him as a backup and can't offer him more than $5 million. Is he really going to want to go to a worse situation for an extra few million a year? I know that sounds like a stupid question at first, but at his age, maybe he'd prefer getting paid $5 - $6 million to be an up and coming Hornets 6th man than getting paid $7-$8 million to start for a rebuilding team.

You would be the expert on contradictions. You claim that Dragic's stats are irrelevant except when they prove your point.

Again, you can't read. I never said they were irrelevant.

But playing 17MPG coming off the bench, playing sporadically isn't exactly a great way to judge a player.

The NBA is full of guys that blossom once they get minutes. Whether they were stuck behind a better player(Dragic in this case) , or just immature.

The NBA revolves around projecting players.

But it's not very relevant considering he was stuck behind a HOF Poing guard.

It's a lot more important that when given the chance to start, he has shined.

JJ was our whole team which forced HIM to HAVE to score. Now with EG he can be more of a passing guard PLUS we know now that he can score and lead the team if needed
