LOL at the coaches stopping Gentry from getting another tech. Wouldn't want to lose that guy...
Would be weird to have a coach that would put our best defender on the guy thats hot.

Idk I’d you're talking about the difference of Rondo vs Blazers or just in general when Rondo was on the Pels but I’ll say this Blazers team is much better than last year’s.
Nurkic’s last ten games is 16pts/11rebs/4assist/2blocks with 1.5 steals. That’s double his assist per game last season while he’s also in better shape. We also have legit shooters (Curry with a league leading 3pt %, Stauskas is shooting well). On top of that, I knew this from my eyes but Kevin Arnovits (ESPN NBA guy) was recently on the Lowe Podcast talking about Lillard having 4 of the top 20 P&R combinations in the league.

The leadership part is probably true.
But a lot of the on court stuff isn't on missing Rondo, imo. Rondo spent most of the season getting benched in 4th quarters and definitely wasn't locked in on defense until they were fighting for a playoff spot.
Its too easy to put this on a guy that was mediocre for 3/4 of his time here.

CJ was a lotto pick who had glimpses in his second year. Do you remember the Memphis series where we let CJ get some extended run due to injuries?
