6 first rounders seem like an overpay when you have such a shallow bench

Stan at least knows wtf is going on around him

He almost cost one loss for not calling a timeout on an inbounds, then caused a loss by not calling a timeout on an inbounds 2 games later.

He's not proving to be very competent outside of the defense being better.

Stan's limited offense scheme is partly to blame.

We can send 6 1sts out and still almost have one every year from the Lakers and Bucks trades

SVG sucks as much as Gentry and that's saying alot.

Both are handicapped by bad rosters.

SVG made some borderline passive aggressive comments before the season that we lacked the sort of players he had in Orlando when asked about similarities and would have to try and find a way to space the court because we don’t have a lot of natural shooters.

He’s a company man, but like Gentry, it’s clear this isn’t the roster he would like to go to war with.

I really am not sure Griff has a master plan, some of his comments seem to be almost magical thinking(comments like I’m not sure Zion isn’t in fact a small forward and will play significant minutes there sooner than later, Jrue is a secret alpha superstar)

Lotta open threes that went clank. Lost by one point and shot 4/22 from behind the arc

I'm pretty sure we'll continue to be bad throughout the season. At some point SVG will have to diversify the offensive actions. We run a very limited set of plays and actions where Lonzo can launch a bunch of shots. That's not what we need.

In the post game, you can see how annoyed SVG is. That if he benches Adams, it’s going to be horrible. OKC with 27 fast points when they average 7 this year is embarrassing

How you expect him to implement more plays when these dudes are low IQ and can't run the simple plays.

They're not low IQ. They have bad habits but the IQ isn't the issue here.

What’s the alternative though? SVG has been here 10 weeks, he had no input on any guys in this roster. No depth, no consistency from many of the big minute guys. It’s going to take tinkering.

We should be on a four game win streak. With as bad as we looked at times there is still hope.

All we're doing is isolating Zion and Ingram for the majority of the game. I'm not a fan of that limited offensive structure as he's putting our best players in positions to take too many difficult shots. He is too defensively driven right now and it's at the cost of our offense. His scheme is way too simplistic and defenses have adjusted and now you're seeing the result of a limited offensive scheme.

The difference between 6-2 and 4-4 is that razor thin.

As long as we're at or near bottom 5 in turnovers and 3pt shooting we'll be a bottom tier Western Conference team.
