Are you really? He’s been fricking terrible behind the line since coming back.

I figured it wouldn’t last but that wasn’t good shooting at all.

Yeah TM had an open 3 against gs and missed.
He can shoot but far to often he takes 3's much longer than they should be.

And how do you play theis over anybody.

In a close game Theis goes -30 and you play him 17 minutes plus put him in the fourth. Mind boggling stupid. The excuses for Willie are running out.

Liked what I saw tonight. Let's get Murray and Ingram back Wednesday and start a run.

Team has the talent, just needs better coaching.

Knowing who to start and what the rotations should be is a big part of the coaches job.

I just don’t know anymore. We have guys playing above their heads but the coaching disadvantage is ridiculous. Its like Willie is directing the tank.

Yeah at this point, buy out Theis and guve that money to Payton. Wait till deadline and trade Karlo to give Boston a spot.

As with most of our games. It came down to 3 pt shooting and our 2 best were arse.
Man you have to be excited with Missi.
Not at all excited about our shite coach.

I can live with this kind of loss. Couldn't close but we actually ran plays and generated good looks for the right shooters. Didn't hit the good looks. Also shot like crap from the line and from the arc and they were on fire from deep.

That happens some nights. It sucks but it was a good effort, especially without your two main stars.

I said during camp I thought Payton could be an ideal back up PG for this team. He can't shoot, but he's always been a talented passer who can handle the kind of on-ball pressure that usually kills the Pelicans. He makes other teams pay for over playing and that backs them off and opens up looks all by itself. Also has good size. A true throw back lead guard. With all the shooters on this team a distributor like Payton is a valuable player. Very Rondoesque...

Wonder why guys are playing above their head, it can't be the head coach putting them in position to be successful can it?

Playing theis was a mistake, but let's not act like Willie didn't coach a great game. He just had to match bigs because we were getting killed on the glass.

We missed when it mattered most and it took Haliburton going the frick off for them to eek out a win on their home court.

Holy shite

Theis -30 in 17 minutes
Missi +26 in 31 minutes

We lose by 4

There’s no way we could have been worse than -30 playing small ball instead of Theis.

And he brought Theis back in the fourth with the game in the balance. We NEED good coaching to win. Willie is going to force Griff’s hands.

We weren't outmatched on the glass and Theis had 1 rebound.

I’d argue we need Willie to keep doing exactly what he’s doing.

I want to lose as much as possible
