Fun Question

What NBA all-star would you most like on the pels? (other than Lebron). I personally would Kyrie or KD. With Kyrie, we would have a great pick and rolls with our two bigs and a real closer. With KD we would be crazy big and lengthy on defense both these guys would be awesome on the Pels. What all star do you think?

CP3
dont' care what anyone says, I still like his flopping arse and i'd love to see him come back and dominate with AD/Cousins.

Talking to league sources, It seems that Paul George is interested in NOLA because him and boogie played on an AAU team when they were 14. If we can clear up the cap I would love to go after that baw.

Steph Curry would make us a top team immediately.

Paul George
Chris Paul
Both are immediate upgrades at positions of need.
Both can play within our system and handle the ball when needed.
Both can get to the rim if needed as well.
Both can defend.

KD all day. He's one of few that can't be guarded.

On this team, I would love Klay Thompson. Tremendous 3pt shooter that can play the 3 and is a solid defender. I'd rather Kawaii Leonard, but I'm not sure he would fit as well with Cousins and Davis.

Kawhi is the correct answer. CP3 if you can guarantee health.
You need a guy who can make a major impact without scoring, but who could score when others are cold.
Put either of those guys on this team and they'd have a legit shot at the title. But that shows you how far away they are
They need to add one of the greatest players in the game just to MAYBE have a shot at the Warriors

I would like Ben Simmons on this team, a 6'10" PG like him would be perfect.

Teams figured him out about three weeks ago. If this team ran, he would be a good fit. In the half court, it would be a cluster
If he can become an average shooter, sure. Right now? No thanks

I doubt you have watched Simmons play in the last three weeks then. I'very watched about 4 or 5 Sixers games in that time span. Ben would work fine. He would replace Rondo. Things aren't a cluster with Rondo, it wouldn't be with Simmons either. He would also provide length on the wing, he would defend SF's (allowing Jrue and Moore to guard other guards). Before you chime in to dismiss something, think it out first.

Would I take him over Rondo? Of course.
Over Kawhi, PG, CP, etc -- that's insane
And yes, I have watched Simmons a bunch. He gets his stats. Of course. Teams sag off a ton and when he doesn't have the ball, they are further off him than teams sag off Tony Allen

You make a ton of hollow statements. What's insane about wanting a 21 year old, 6'10" PG on a rookie salary over Cris Paul (who is 32, hasn't won anything in his career, is on a max-contract,and has injury issues)? Or Paul George, who has been a bad team mate at times (remember Hibbert's then fiance)and displays questionable effort on the court at times?

Oh yeah, I forgot -- POTENTIAL! Always take the young guy because he can be anything!

Kawhi is my top choice.
