Probably for the best. None of the guys we were hoping for got moved except Wallace and that took a young prospect and 2 1sts.

Look, I think after the dust settles the Hornets may sign a vet (who's been bought out) to a minimum contract in order to be a role player. We're okay for this year. There wasn't anyone available after Landry and who we had the assets to trade for who would have been a star.

I agree. We'll pick somebody up. But its hard to believe, in the Hornets situation, theyve got a guy making almost $5M rotting on the bench.

One guy rotting on the bench is a vast improvement. Last year we had Hilton Armstorng, DTDB, Juju, MoPete, and Posey "earning" their money on the court, while Ike Diogu and Sean Marks rotted on the bench.

The Pacers/Memphis trade didn't go through. Pacers didn't get the deal into the league office on time.
