With Lionel Hollins available, I think it's time to let Monty Williams go. His offense was laughable this season and Lionel can come in and build things around Anthony.

How many years does Monty have left on his deal? Demps? I feel strongly that Demps is worse at his job that Monty is at his.

Not only that, but we aren't getting rid of him any time soon either.

I up voted. These threads need to stop. He isn't going any where and these coaches have all been let go for a reason.

The thing that grinds me about this situation? If Russell Westbrook became available and you had the assets to acquire him, you'd look to move Jrue and make that happen, no matter how much you like Jrue.

So the team and Dell can constantly look to make changes to the player personnel, but we won't treat our coaching staff the same way? Not even looking around or contacting some of these names under the table is complete crap.

Obviously, if you have a coach that you're happy with, this doesn't apply. But who in their right GD mind would be happy with Monty Williams?
