Does everyone think the fans will show up and pack the Smoothie King Center? The team did their job by putting themselves in great position to make some noise in the playoffs and I'm hoping the fans reciprocate that effort and pack the arena.

Having a true home court advantage in the playoffs would be huge and it would also go a long way in proving to AD, Boogie, Gayle, and the rest of the NBA that the Pelicans can thrive in NOLA and has the fan support to fill the arena during the most important games of the yr. Thoughts?

The arena was rocking last night, a Wednesday night. I suspect the arena will be standing room only come playoffs.

Fans have shown up every year for the playoffs. I’ve been in that num bet every year we’ve had them and I think the fans have been great and enthusiastic. That said, I’m almost sure that some dork will complain this year because he’ll have an exaggerated idea about the crowds in other venues. He’ll be wrong but unshakeable in his belief. The infamous series with the Spurs was electric inside the Arena.Even the Warriors fiasco was packed and loud

I absolutely was crushed. It was great until it became obvious we were going to squander the lead

Put a decent product out on the floor and ours is one of the best crowds in the NBA. We had a top 3 home court advantage during the '08 run.

According to the ESPN Scorecenter app, we were 1500 over capacity last night. Tickets are already harder to find on the secondary market, at least when I was looking. It’s safe to say it’ll be packed.

Spurs series was ridiculously loud. GSW was pretty awesome.

I’m expecting a lot of people to be surprised what playoff basketball feels like in NOLA, especially if we can steal one on the road.

Decided to drop $240 on two tickets in the lowers for Thursday. Hopefully the fan support is solid with the late start, but it'll be my first playoff game for the Pels. No way I was missing it.

I am thinking about making the trip from Houston. I do it for the saints so if I can get in at a decent price I should be there.

I remember those Dallas and Spurs games during our last run we’re pretty crazy. Tickets were selling out in presale, beer garden outside the games...it was a great time
