must be an ESPN insider
John DeShazier of the TimesPicayune bacially says all Gordon needs to do to be accepted back by Hornets fans is to play hard, produce, stay healthy, work in the community, and most importantlym say the right things.

I honestly wasnt a fan of Gordon after his comment about his heart being in PHX. But buisness is buisness and he is here to stay in NOLA. I personally would be shocked if Hornets fans boo Gordon to start the year.

Would any of you seriously boo Gordon on opening night at the hive if you were there?

play hard, produce,

We know he will do this.

stay healthy

We will see but I think he has a pretty healthy season this year.

work in the community

Most sports teams do this so he probably will.

say the right things

He's been doing this since the debacle was over.

Whoever does doesn't deserve tickets and should give them to people who support the whole team.

No one should boo Gordon. That would just be ridiculous

I wouldn't boo, but if anything idk if I'd cheer when he's announced until he deserves it.

Anyone who puts on a jersey with our city's name on it and plays their heart out deserves to be cheered. Don't let silly comments get you so bitter.

Griffin does enough of this by himself.

I'm not going to boo the idiot but as a season ticket holder and fan since the team's move to New Orleans, I think anyone else who has shelled out over thousands of dollars (like myself) to support this team has a right to do whatever they want at a game to a guy who said his heart was somewhere else.

You know, maybe if EG had a press conference to announce his dedication to the team I would have different feelings. Twitter doesn't it do it for me. He's still in the doghouse.

I don't think he should be booed if he continues to say the right things and be a professional.

However, if he continues some of his catty wannabe GM comments and/or passive aggressively disses NOLA again I might reconsider.
