Such a stupid move letting him come back in the game after the first scare. Even if they were completely unrelated you just dont risk that, especially with a guy that doesnt have a contract yet.

What are they supposed to do? He's a 2nd round pick that's trying to earn a contract.

It’s possible he tore it the first time

They're trying to see if he even deserves a contract.

I really think he tore it the first time on the alley opp attempt . I watched him when he came back in and he didn’t seem to be moving like he normally
Does . Then it just gave out on a pretty normal basketball play

Trey shouldn't play another minute of Summer League.

Which would be hilarious since this board spent so much of the season complaining about being overly cautious with our 21 yr old allstar.

This 2022 trend of putting players in bubble wrap everytime they get a bobo is not great for sports.

His knee was obviously not torn on the initial play. They did tests, he passed them and he wanted to go back in and play.

There was a very physical post position play and he tore his knee unfortunately.

That’s not Naji Marshall’s fault. That’s not the medical staff’s fault. It was no one’s fault. It was simply unfortunate.
