Does the young punks beating out most of the old heads impact the Lakers?

The case for going all in on LeBron was already looking pretty weak. Now it seems like it would be even dumber.

Also, how does this impact our Bucks draft capital? Seems like it has to be positive, no?

Marginal at best, they are still a contender with a top 3 player and will only be two years removed from a title, so it's not like they are going to blow it up by panicking.

Not sure, but I dont see anything about whats happened in the west scaring teams. Maybe it won't matter and they're just stuck with Westbrook. But I can see teams doubling down again. Nobody in the west feels unbeatable.

It can't hurt. Giannis is still a mutant, but the rest of that team is aging.

This what we still have left from the Bucks:
2024 right to swap
2025 1st unprotected(if it jumps in the lottery)
2026 right to swap
2027 1st unprotected

What do Middleton and Jrue look like 4-5 years from now? Their contracts dont even run that long.

Isn’t the last Bucks pic like a half decade out? That’s an eternity from now. They maybe be rebuilding or they may have totally reloaded around G by then.

this is a good reminder that things can go from shiny to shitty in a blink. Suns go from feel good budding dynasty to dysfunctional pussies in 5 NBA playoff games

Paul is old, ayton is unreliable, booker is a straight up queen. And those are their stars

Amazing

even more suns problems than meet the eye:

1) Monty pulled ayton after a piss poor effort on D, they had words, he didn’t return, after the game Monty said “it’s internal” LOL. Ayton is RFA and there will be drama

2) Cam Johnson in the Jaxson Hayes contract spot. He’s due an extension, nice role player but not a tax bill player

3) suns have the worst owner in the league, a bit of winning has papered over his “troubles” and he’s as cheap as Shinn was

4) far and away the softest most pussified fan base in North American professional sports. It isn’t close. They’ll bail at first opportunity

Lakers are proper fricked no matter what they do. They are getting into prime Knicks territory where they keep making dumb deals in order to try and spark a turnaround yet keep digging themselves deeper.

Milwaukee won’t blow it up intentionally.

If it happens, it is because Giannis wants out and they have to start dumping pieces to staunch the financial bleeding.

Theoretically our pick may be worth more but it is only ours if it is too 4 OR the Laker pick falls to 11th this year.

Don't forget Griffin was attempting to sign these old point guards to long term contracts.

Sarver just spent $50m on a new practice facility that is much better than the one we have on Airline. Benson’s went very cheap and attached two basketball courts to an already existing building that was once HQ for the Voodoo and then used as storage for Saints.
